Let me tell you, I'm thankful for Fit T.v. I started actually exercising for my New Years resolution. I'm proud of myself that here we are at the end of April, and I'm still going strong. I've currently lost 22 lbs. and have about 25 more to go. I definatly did not have an easy time getting motivated. What I did, was every night before I went to bed, I would turn on Fit T.v. so that it would automatically be on in the morning. Most of the time, that would get me off the couch. After my first 10lbs. I went out and bought myself a cute exercise outfit, and a good pair of shoes. I lay them out the nights before my workouts, and automatically put them on in the morning. (I don't like to let things go to waste, so this is a great motivater for me.) Anyway, I'm the worlds laziest person, but on my way to a great body and healthier lifestyle and just wanted to let everyone know, If I can do this, anyone can.
