OK NEED HELP--Have gotten to a good weight after having my baby but still want to lose 10 pds. but I cant get rid of the side belly and back fat!!! ANY good exercies!!!
Just keep at it! I know cardio is the key to losing fat. I have the same situation...I do cardio 7 days a week 30-90 minutes a day plus weights 3 days a week 30-45 minutes. I just bought a heart rate monitor to be sure im getting my intensity up there. and i am. and I still have a prune tummy. it takes time. and a lot of work. good luck!
