I have so many rolls of fat, I don't know where to begin. First I have lost 80 pounds, from 320 to 240, over a 8 year period. Very Slowly.
I would like to hear from people who were obese with ROLLS of FAT, and through dieting and exercise were able to REDUCE or ELIMINATE the ROLLS of FAT.
TV and Weight loss programs make it look like magic. They show a person, Once large and overweight, then do "ABC", next they show a slim and trim person, no ROLLS of FAT apparent.
Please respond if you have experienced the ROLLS of FAT. I want to know if there is hope, REAL hope, or is surgery the only answer. And if you say surgery is the answer once you reach your goal weight, then what did people used to do to remove the ROLLS of FAT.
Well it is hard to say what your results will be. I started out on my new program at 260.5 before that I was 280. I am now 228 after 10 weeks. I am posting real pictures and my weight and inches chart @ http://www.geocities.com/debyduz/diet.html so you are welcome to watch me melt. You will have more success if you do some sort of strength training and cardio work outs. You should wait until you have lost all the weight you can before you consider surgery. Most people give up too soon and that makes surgery more risky and makes it harder to recover. You are not alone and you could also look for some support at different weight loss groups.
