I am 50.
I have put on 35 lbs. due to a rib injury.
My goal is to get back into my normal shape. (130 lbs)
And to maintain this shape the rest of my life.

I need some aerobics; yoga; pilates; weight training to do this. Also, I think that commercials should be limited for workouts. Perhaps we could take a vote and promise to watch all commercials for 30 minutes,
Wink if you take off the commercials in the programs.

I also think a show that shows proper form would be good. Form is everything. If a show was strictly for form; it would then apply to all the other shows. Perhaps an evening position for this?
