I watch the show and I hold my breath when you do. I feel like I could be right in there helping you out.
Some of us are fortunate enough to receive a warning before a death threat. This is what I believe has happened to you. Phil, It is a cold hard fact that you need a lifestyle change...I know, that sucks. But it is time to promote healthy living so you can train your grandchildren how to run your boat (when you are READY TO RETIRE) instead of forced by health reasons. You CAN do it! Don't let your stubborn streak beat out you intelligence.
