Good Morning, I was up late as usual and thought to stop in and say hi. Saw the 100th episode and enjoyed it very much; love your humor. Kudos to you for remembering all of us who dream of other things while remaining dedicated to our dirty jobs. Nighty night. Michelle ie midwestfarmgirl.

Hi Mike! Hey Love the wallpaper. Especially the one with the shark teeth! Hey something hit me while watching the 100th episode. Do you and Barsky really know how to play the Banjo and do you really know how to play the guitar? I know you can sing, but was just wondering about that. Thanks Pam

Mike, Thanks for posting this information. I am requesting a photo for my son. Everyone in our family are huge fans of the show, expecially our 4 year old son Zachary. He watches your show all the time he even dresses up in a hard hat, safety goggles, and a tool belt so he can pretend to be "Mike Rowe". Just last night he was playing "Dirty Jobs" as a pet groomer. He was pretending to wash and groom his stuffed pets....too funny . Thanks so much - Sally

Hi Mike,
Love your show and just saw the 100th Dirtiest Jobs Yesterday and it was great. I love your sense of humor!!! Just a question out of all the jobs you have done what do you classify as the most disgusting job in your own mind? Saying that, I have only seen you sick to your stomach on one show (the small shark fishing episode) how do you keep yourself from becoming sick?
By the way very handsome too , I am sure many woman tell you this! Too bad Canada is so far away!
Best Regards,
Monika

HEY THERE JUST WONDERING WHEN YOU'LL BE BACK IN BALTIMORE? quote: Originally posted by mikerowe: It has been brought to my attention that the production photos that I have personally autographed for nearly 10,000 fans of Dirty Jobs are disappointing in two key areas.
1. They aren't BIG enough. 2. They aren't DIRTY enough.
In an effort to rectify this oversight, and celebrate more new episodes, The Network has allocated several dozen dollars to upgrade my publicity shot. The new photo addresses both concerns quite nicely. It is of the standard 8x10 variety, and features me, covered in charcoal dust, holding my filthy hands toward the camera, and screaming in abject horror. The expression captures what I believe to be the true measure of pain and regret that have become hallmarks of my large and filthy face. You can obtain your very own signed copy - should you desire such a thing - by sending a request to the production company. The request should read:
PHOTO REQUEST Pilgrim Films and Television 6180 Laurel Canyon Blvd. #350 North Hollywood, CA 91606
Be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage. (You’d be amazed how many forget.) Please make sure the return envelope is large enough to hold an 8”x10” photo. Please address the envelope exactly as written above. Please do not include anything else with a photo request. This includes lengthy letters, crocheted mittens, suggestions for dirty jobs, love notes for Barsky, boudoir imagery for me, or baked goods of any type. The aforementioned are all welcomed and appreciated, but must not be included with a PHOTO REQUEST. It only confuses things, and makes Barsky anxious.
Please allow 4-6 years for delivery. If you would like the photo personalized, please allow much, much longer.
Seriously, Mike
PS Ivy – Please also remove the sticky that says I’m unplugging for a bit. I'm not.
Thanks
Mike

I DI KNOW HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT PHOTOS. MINE USUALLY TAKE 8 TO 10 YEARS TO GET OUT TO ALL MY FANS. Hey Mike, My name is Dan Sheppard and I just wanted to let you know that you crack me up!!! I've laughed out loud watching your show more than I have at comedy clubs. I hope the ideas for Dirty Jobs keep coming in because my family loves watching. Keep up the good work. pikleboy2003@yahoo.com. P.S. The dynamite blast in the mine was the funniest expression of body language you ever made! Funny for me, not funny for you!!!

Hey Mike and fellow fans, I'm new to this board, but I thought I'd post a brief message to say hello. And what a perfect thread to start in! An 8x10 photo of my Dirty Jobs hero? No way! Quite tempting, really, but I'm afraid my other cubicle dwellers might run off with it when I'm not looking. I've contemplated suggesting Mike come hang out with me at my workplace, but chances are the dirtiest part of it would be unclogging congealed pens, probing the toner-laden innards of the copy machine, and trying to find a way to use liquid white-out without getting it on your hands, your clothes, your hair... well, you get the idea. Not quite the type of assignment I'm sure Mike's looking for, but I tell ya, office work ain't for sissies! Have a nice evening everyone... especially you, Mike - you deserve it! Norcal_Becca

Thank you so much. I received my personalized 8x10's of Mike. One for myself, and one for my boss. What a perfect gift for her, I will put it in a frame and deliver it to her tomorrow in time for the holidays. (Major brownie points for me :-)) I enjoy seeing Mike in all his work. I live in the DC area, so I get to see Dirty Jobs, Eckard commercials, and "Your New Home". Luck Me !!
