Cynthia, it's all good. I am sure that everyone here has dealt with feeling like a reject at one time or another. Life is filled with disappointments, and it's common to all of us to feel that way sometimes. I hope that whatever has been going on in your life that has had you blue works itself out and you come up trumps.

And hey, you never know. Mike just may pop in and surprise you someday! I actually like even seeing it happen for someone else, because it's such a zing when he shows up, wherever he shows up. His style of expression is unmistakeable, and I enjoy reading him, even if I don't agree with him. And I usually do, so that's a bonus.

Grasshopper, it's the coolest thing ever that somewhere back in time, Mike gave you that name! And he hasn't forgotten it, either, apparently!

[quote]I only have one myself, but sometimes a part of it crawls out of my head when I sleep. I can always find it; I just follow the slime trail. Usually I find it in the utility closet (it likes moist, dark places), hiding in a corner. As I approach it ("Come to Mama, Little Brain"), it puffs up and hisses at me.

I ignore it, shove it back into my head and go to work.

Mine does the same thing, but I usually find it wedged in a gutter.

And Kim... dude... you're friggin' hilarious. You would make a great short story author!

April, I love that song, and yeah... it's Mike.

And Janette? I fit nearly everyone of those d@mn symptoms!!!

I need to hurry and get a job before I lose my free time to this place completely!

Hidiho Cynthia,

I too would love to hear his answer. I posted a thread here 'Tuff Skinned', with no response. He seems to be a sensitive man and I'm sure at times it must seep into his sensitive place?

Hope he answers you, as was just mentioned (I think by kzang), he looks like the kinda guy who would be 'into' feet. So chances are you will be the lucky tootsie to get an answer. Hope ya do.

Kim,
To tell you the truth I am more than honoured that Mike said he remembered the facts that led to my naming. If it was any other guy, I'd just say ,"Yeah, you say you remember because you think you should remember"(does that make sense?)but being that it's Mike and his memeory is so good, I'm taking him at his word that he really does remember. He is the sweetest man.
....ummm...Now what was I talking about?
It is a cute story and I bet if Mike told it it would be fantastic...maybe someday when he's in another story telling mood...

grasshopper
...starting to miss you Mike...my...ummm... pebbles...are getting cold...

I think Mike is like all of us, when something catches his eye, and he has a response, he gives one. He has posted to my questions/comments a few times, it is cool. He responded to silly ones, and serious, so anyones guess is to what he notices, just write from the heart, if it clicks, you'll get an answer...........

weekend here............bye bye........

Michele.
