This is so far the compilation of every job by location. Please give feed back if I missed something.
Now all those people who had bets now is the time to ante up. The website is down at the moment to go back and verify, but I had a hard copy and went through each episode if needed. Some jobs were actually originally omitted from the original job list. My guess Discovery doesn't hire people that can count. Missing was furniture worker from the Underwater logging episode. Remember, each job involves a different task or a new location. The mosquito episode also did not differentiate jobs: Mosquito controller, goes out in the field and the mosquito lab technician. A few more jobs were added because they were new and included in specials.
Mike I hope you understand that the 150th job episode was not really the 150th episode. i hope someone counted correctly.
Well, so much for 12 hours of my life down the sewer.
That's quite the list NOLA, thanks! Although I would like to make a correction, if I could. Not that I think Ohio will pull ahead in the rankings (a little pun in there, if you can find it) but Vomit Island is ours.
Mike, It would be interesting to know the total mileage per season or by year traveled. I'm sure some one kept receipts or maintained mileage with land and air travel. It would be another interesting statistic to know concerning the production of this show.
Mike.*crosses arms and taps foot* I see there is still nothing under North Carolina...we are very dirty people I promise! hmm never thought I'd use that to PROMOTE my state hehe
Ahh, you beat me to it Nola. I've been working on a project but it also includes cities in the states. The problem I was having was that not all the specific cities were mentioned.
What about the Mackinac island segment of poo picker upper, composter, horse wrangler, etc... Is it up there and I missed it? Or does that go in with the bridge painter epi? Sarah
I'll rewatch the episode. I'll be stuck in today due to rain again...
If anyone questions anything please let me know since I had to work out all of Discovery's own trigger words in the list. They have different standards than they give us with trigger words.
NOLA
