mmmm I guess she lives about 45 minutes away. I just heard outside of Orlando and freaked out. I always do when I hear about that kinda stuff down there. I forget how BIG Orlando is. I think she's a couple of miles south of Orlando actually closer to Kissimee. She'll be moving back up here in about 2 months, which I am just tickled about. But I guess that means no more vacations in Orlando....

Yes Kissimmee is South of Orlando. This happened North of Orlando. I'm sure you can find another excuse to visit Orlando.

If I do, it'd be in the winter. I was there, about 2-3 weeks ago and it was sticky, very very sticky.....

Between the stickies, and the tourist it was a little too close for comfort. I usually come down like around March or April. I couldn' t make it then, so came later. Then I remembered why I usually come down in March or April.
So what brought you up to the Mountain State? You did say you were in Beckley recently right?

GOLF....September last year. Played 90 holes of golf that weekend. I usually go on long golf weekends with a few friends about 4 times a year. My wife loves it. Did you sense that sarcasm. Anyway we are litterally in the process of planning our next trip. We are booking today as a matter of fact. Going to Pinehurst, NC this time in September.

In my mind I'm going to Carolina! I love both of 'em. I'm sure that you'll have a great time. 90? Wow that's a ton of golf!! Next time you head up to WV, you should come in mid-late October. It's absolutly beautiful in the fall!! Yes I did sense the sarcasm!

Almost went there again this year. The tee times didn't work. It would nice to be there when the leaves change. The leaves don't change colors here. They just die and fall to the ground.

are you originally from FL, or a transplant like just about everyone else I know down there? I don't know if I've ever met a native Floridian.....

I'd say so! I was actually near Tampa when I was down for my last visit. We spent a couple of days on Clearwater Beach, were I got a really nasty ear infection......

Ouch. I used to hang out at Clearwater beach in my younger years. A ton of fun. Sorry about your ear. Painful i'm sure. My kids used to get them all the time.
