Well, Mike, I've been trying to come up with a brand new and exciting topic for you to peruse and hopefully reply to; but how can I compete with such subjects as working at a nudist colony and comparing physical anomalies?

Then there is the five page discourse on your taking the Lord's name in vain; I'm not going anywhere near that one.

So, I've decided since I have nothing to ASK, I'll just say, "hope you have an enjoyable holiday and weekend, and have a cold one on me!"

Liz,
I hear you! I haven't thought of anything in a long time. I have picked my brain to find something.
So I hope you have a good holiday too.

Liz,

By saying, "Have a cold one on me", would that be a relative of a tummy squeeze of lime, a bellybutton of salt, and a drizzling shot of Jose Gold?

Just asking,

Gort

CoolBad girl Gort, funny but bad. You know Jose Quervo 1800 is the only way to really suc k it up. Partae, Oh Mike , just say it. That's right, no excuses, no I couldn't. You hang out with Dave and he says things on the crew side so now it's your turn. Come on. Please. You know, what's that plant with the gray fuzzy little things that pop out all over in spring? You know that line in the I'm too se xy video about the cat. I'll split the cookies Lynn will give me. Honest, I'll hold her to it. What a purrfect post.

Well Good Night. Sleep well, enjoy whatever you are up to.

Sharon,

Sharon, I'm good for those cookies. Chocolate chip pecan is what I have in mind. I think you have an uphill battle, though, to be honest. A guy who can make me break a sweat by telling me how he loads his washer doesn't need to resort to bad words to talk dirty.

I bet his mom would beat him black and blue, too. How can he eat cookies if Mama-san knocks all his teeth out for saying that on the boards?

Then again, tequila makes lots of things seem like a good idea. Good luck!

CoolLike methane from the depths of the Devil's Triangle,I'm raising this post. I am also fresh out of ideas. Well really not out of ideas, more out of fresh ideas. This should become the fourth of July ,I'm stuck at home, party thread. Enjoy some Hose,Jim,Jack, Red, Smirnoff, or any of those fellows that raise your methane. I think I'll go peer into the depths of the liquor cabinet and see what jumps up and says it to me.

Dusty,

My cable TV on-screen schedule has gone to, "to be announced", so I have no idea when to watch the NY Show, the Boston Pops Show, and my Nashville Show.

All we need is more watermelon liquor, and a good TV Guide!

CoolTo each their own. Watermelon liquor sounds sugary yet refined. Beer, a national passtime. I personally am sleeping with my old friend Maker's Mark tonight.

Party on!

Cool I don't know. I am originally from Kentucky. Yet I left before I was of drinking age(not that that ever stopped me). I like Maker's Mark because it is whiskey and not so cheap as to burn my throat or make me wish I hadn't imbibed the day before. It is the good stuff compared to the real bad stuff. And I've had this bottle for over six years. It was a real big bottle. I have officially dented it now. I think I'll save up for a bottle of Remi Matin next.

Google Maker's Mark Ambassador sometime. It's cool, you get your name on a barrel of bourbon, and freebies every Christmas.

We've toured a number of distilleries around Louis-vull, they're a lot of fun. Anyone who gets a chance should definitely do it. Many do free tastings, even the expensive stuff.

CoolThanks D,
I'll google later. Right now I'm enjoying the subtle smoky tones and righteous buzz accorded a fine southern sipping whiskey.

Cheers,
Dust Maker

My Aunt Margie lived near one of the distilleries. Her yard always smelled like sour mash.

My sister lives near Jim Beam distillery. She has crafts featured in their gift shop.

"My sister lives near Jim Beam distillery."

We have friends that live on the edge of Burnheim, close enough to JB that you can smell it frequently. Almost heaven...

CoolMy sister lives down a road that mirrors the landscape, Rolling hills, green turns, small creeks. There are arrowheads that wash up in the fields there. Very old habitation sites. The arrowheads are of the type from @ 6 to 8 thousand years ago.
