I see where you made a guest appearance on Sesame Street for the new season starting in August. When will that air? I remember watching it as a kid. Can't wait to see it!!!
Maybe that is why Bert and Ernie look much happier lately. I'll be sure to watch Sesame Street every morning. Oh, wait, I do that anyway. My boy Jack loves Elmo.
Maybe, just maybe, the kind folks at Children's Television Workshop made a Mike Rowe Muppet, complete with D!ckies. Just think, Mike could be memorialized forever in felt and fabric.
I was going to post this question for Mike but figure this is a good spot for it. Mike, I heard you've been asked (or maybe they haven't yet )to appear as a guest in a small part for a comedy (can't tell which one here, sorry all), is there any truth to it and even so would you concider it if not an infringement in contract? I would love to see you in a good comedy My Aunt is a Producer, Gwyneth is who said you were a subject of interest for a part in a colleges movie. I may of let the cat out of the bag, OOPS, so if they haven't contacted you yet, play stupid ok! But if possible please say "Yes".
"I love counting, counting to the number 4...to one less than 5, and one more than 3." Love Feist, and the reworked hit is another gem!!

I grew up on Sesame Street, and I had a crush on Big Bird, I'm not afraid to say it. I HAD A CRUSH ON BIG BIRD! They always had the coolest guests and taught you the coolest things. I might have to wake up before noon to see this epic Mike Rowe appearance!
Arica This post was brought to you by the letter B
That is frikin' AWESOME!!! You know you've really made it when you get to be on Sesame Street. THAT'S the 'big time'.
"I grew up on Sesame Street, and I had a crush on Big Bird, I'm not afraid to say it. I HAD A CRUSH ON BIG BIRD!"
*laughs* No worries, Shark. I wanted to marry Cookie Monster and I wanted to be 'saved' by Super Grover. Cookie Monster's still my favorite.... just no one tell Grover!
My older brother loved Oscar the Grouch and even had an Oscar the Grouch cake for his 4th b-day that my mom made.
Thanks for posting that clip and sharing the news. It really brought a smile to my face! I really like that song by Feist too. So tell us Mike, whats Oscar like in real life? Come on, give us the dirt. (wink)
