Hello MBrs,

I would like to know if any of you live near Connecticut and if you would be interested in having a get together. A simple picnic on the lake so we can meet each other and talk. It was very cool meeting a few of you in New York and putting a face to the names. We have some very nice parks and natural settings here and I know with the price of gas, long trips will be at a minimum.

I will also be in Willimasburg, VA in June and Sedona, Arizona later this year and California (Palm Springs, Santa Barbara & Santa Maria) if any of you live in that area it would be very nice to meet you as well.

Maybe if Mike's book is released by then we can have a discussion about it-)

I would love to get together with you, and other
MBrs. I will just need time to make arrangements
for my dog, and to find some where to stay.
I would much rather not have to travel home the
same day. While I live on Long Island, which is not that far, I think I would rather travel by train. Gas prices are just to high, and it will be more relaxing for me .

Yes we are driving through DC and plan on stopping on our way back to see some sights. I would like to see the hummingbird aviary at the zoo and pay respects to two of my Son's fallen Brothers.

I live in eastern PA, and have already met Lisa, but would love to see her again and meet you and any other board members. But, traveling to CT is a little out of the way for me right now. If you plan something closer, please let me know.

We really should have an east coast get-together sometime. Anyone up for planning one??

I live in Northeast PA in the winters, summers at the Jersey shore and would love to get together. It's a little busy this month with all the graduations party's but certainly by mid July or Aug would be great.

I'm not sure if I can make it to a CT get together, Lisa. I do have two little ones, and it's not easy finding a babysitter. Could you keep me in the loop though? I may be able to work something out.

Taz, the fam and I will be in DC June 20-24. Maybe I'll see you there. Wear something conspicuous, like a big sign that says "I'M A FAN OF DIRTY JOBS". Yeah, that'll work. Unfortunately, the men in white coats may come to take you away, but it would be worth it to meet me, no? No? Why do I hear crickets??
