3rd or 4th story down, January 31, 2009 in the Real Estate News on Charleston.net:
Richard C. Davis, who heads Team Trademark, intends to document the lodge’s rehabilitation as part of the real estate company’s reality series, due to air on TLC in April. The show had an 18 month hiatus.
On Feb 5 the Post and Courier ran a detail piece about the project, this time calling the show "The Real Deal".
hey jen, where the heck do you get all this info? i noticed, every time i come by, you always seem to have all kinds of info, weird. anyway thanks, and later....
I just have to say that I have enjoyed many Flipping shows on the different networks. However, I Like Richard and his team's very much! I wondered what had happened and if this was the end and we were just doomed to reruns. At any rate, I would love to be an intern or a franchisee for the company--lol- no seriously. Maybe an episode where they take on a fan and show the world that anybody can do it with Richards system. Anyway, I cant wait to watch the new shows. RyansDad www.moneylifedebt.blogspot.com

Well, I always try to link to a reliable source : In this case the details appeared on the Charleston newspaper web site. BMWGirl actually opened the thread, I just added a couple of links confirm the ..ahem... rumor.
But if you really want to know a secret...
I use an RSS Reader, Firefox and a few good Searchbots to capture information that's of particular interest.
The website says that the show is on Saturdays evenings, but I can't find it listed in local or TV Guide listings. Anyone know the date of the season opener?
TLC is now saying that The Real Estate Pros will be back in the fall. What they're not saying is that Richard and Ginger got married on April 10, 2009. Should make for an interesting season, and all of you out there who have bets to collect on...get busy!
