I knew jenraleeamible would come to Richards rescue again. At what point are you going to stop defending this guy? Just look at my posting history and you will see I defended Richard after the meeting but I cannot find a single reason to defend him at this point. I and several others gave Richard the benefit of the doubt. I am fully aware and so is everyone else that the market changed (no thanks to your continuous posting of links that say “Housing Market Crashed” etc.) We all know it so you can take a break from you obsessive posting of links to pages everyone else has seen already.

I think I am in the majority of the folks that went that can see why no Area Partners were ever created but for Richard to ignore the fact that 2500+ spent a lot of money to come to Charleston for the opportunity is completely unacceptable. Richard made several promises and guarantees at that meeting in Charleston 2+ years ago and he has not kept a single one! To see people on here praising Richard and how much of a quality guy he is, is a joke. He has acted as if this event never took place and that is complete slap in the face of everyone that went and believed what Richard had to say.

Richard tries to come off as someone that is honorable and gives that impression that “a hand shake is all it takes for him”. I bet I can find 2500+ that have a hard time believing that……………..

2500+ Really? Well, let me see: There's YOU. And then there's a few posts from your other ID's. Funny how the language used by these "other people" is all strikingly the same in both tone and content.

You must have a serious axe to grind to keep coming back here year after year AFTER YEAR cross-posting this same little nonsense. Any chance you're *really* the disgruntled former employee who's filed suit against Trademark?

I'd wager *at-least* $45 on it...

I sense a cat fight is about to take place.
Mbrown - have you tried to contact Richard/TMP?
There may be a plausable reason for the delay.

wow jen, you are really grasping at straws. So I have multiple ID's and I am a former empoyee? why not throw in that I'm also the reason that the housing market crashed and It was me who proposed lendign to unqualified buyers? I can play that game.

Are you a current employee of Trademark, are you Richards cousin, Maybe you are actually Richard! How many IDs do you post with to pump up Trademark?

Bmwgril, yes I sent 3 e-mails and one phone call inquiring about the lack of Area Partner communication with ZERO responses. Do I need my $45? no, it's strictly a matter of principle at this point. Promises were made and ZERO were kept yet the Show and Posters like Jen keep portraying Richard as a noble guy whos word is golden.

There was a time when I had time to deal with this kind of non-sense properly, but life's just too short.

I have zero connections to TMP, TLC or anyone affiliated, related in anyway with either. Never spoken to anyone there- never set foot in, flew over nor driven thru South Carolina. As best I recall, I have never spoken about Richard's character- except to say I like the show, I admire his accomplishments and that I thought he'd be a good mentor for aspiring real estate pros.

I defend Trademark because trolls like you attack them viciously and in an unrelenting way and they clearly don't have the time or the inclination to post here to defend themselves. Unless fans speak up- drivel like yours stands unchallenged.

So I rant.

You on the other hand seem to miss facts that are obvious to almost everyone else.

1) If Richard's soo bad, why are you sooo upset? Seems to me if you were indeed a worthwhile business person, you'd simply walk away thankful you didn't loose more money. $45 seems like a pretty small price to pay for the knowledge. Good business people know when to cut their losses. You on the other hand seem to be on a personal mission to smear a man who simply offered you an opportunity to learn more about his business. (A concept I'm sure he now must certainly regret!)

2) I don't know how many ID's you use. I have only one. Your words on the other hand seem to magically reappear here, year after year, under a variety of names- like a nightmareish drum beat. Even your attacks on me mimick other posts. You, my sad little twisted person are in fact a Troll.

3) Is it at all possible that you didn't hear from Richard because he figured out early on just exactly what kind of a person you really are? If your email to TMP reads anything like your posts here, I'm guessing Richard saw you coming a mile a way.

As for my "Whip Cream on the Onion" thread: It's one of the most viewed current threads here- not because of me -but because it's on topic and updated regularly and every once in a while there's some interesting stuff in there. You could have chose to contribute something positive to that thread. You could have used this forum over the last year or two to show that you were indeed knowledgeable, thoughtful, analytical and articulate about the market.

:: But instead you bash.

Your behavior here is the very definition of an Internet Troll.

Thanks for being so consistent.

Now get over it already.

mbrown, is it possible that your correspondence with Richard/TMP was a little less than nice?
I know that I would be hesitant to respond or return a phone call if I was under the impression that he/she was feeling a lot of hostility towards me. Look at the situation as the glass being half full. You got the chance to visit one of the most beautiful cities in the US. You had the chance to learn a little about what makes Richard "tick" when it comes to business. Remember, Richard DID NOT force anyone to go to Charleston. As to his character - what can I say, the guy is HUMAN, not perfect. I think that the man is basically a nice guy.
