I can't believe Richard Davis has never seen warped hardwood flooring before. He needs to fire his real estate agent if she trys to sell a house for 9 months with that kind of moisture under and doesn't recognize that. She should have helped her seller by instructing her on the benefits of a lower price vs, days away from filing bankruptcy.
