Wow, they have been gone a long time and no re runs or a tease that they will be back on air. I miss seeing them and as the other shows are ok they are NOTHING like them.

Are they going to be back or that???

other than what I posted in another thread at the end of July, I'm going to guess that the TM team hasn't filmed anything new because the real estate market is so far in the dump that if they flip houses, chances are, they wont sell fast enough to warrant being filmed for TV.

whats the point in filming for a show when the house probably wouldn't sell anyway. He probably isn't even buying houses to flip, so there's nothing to film.

the market in the carolina's is still pretty good from what i am seeing. i actually just bought one in south carolina for a really good price. now the florida market is something all together diffrent homes have been sitting unsold for a year or better.

it is a shame that they are not on as i am not at all impressed with the shows that are airing.

My guess is......if it looks like a duck,walks like a duck,quacks like a duck, it's prolly a duck. Richard has not said a word in months. Not even to the people he spoke to in SC over a year ago promising to roll out his program by July 08. Now I can fully understand a change of plans, maybe delays, maybe even a year delay, but not responding to all the people who went all the way there to hear him, all the money we spent, not to mention our time and then to say nothing for months, just does not seem good. Now I am sure he and his team are fine and doing well. As far as the show and the area partner program.....no comment for 8 months. I think it's a dead duck.
