Has the show been cancelled? If not, does anyone know when the new season starts?

The only reason I logged in here was to ask the same question: Has the show been booted? Great show, hope for the best!

I am wondering the same thing? They have been replaying old episodes forever, and it looks like repeats up through October. I wish TLC would update their website as well! I hope the show comes back!

I just emailed TLC and asked them if "The Real Estate Pros" was in production. TLC has been playing re-runs for some time. I certainly hope we will learn something soon. Don't give up hope!

If they do come back next season, it will be a show to watch for entertainment purpose only. Please don't take what you seen on these shows seriously. If you do, you will be on your way to losing money on your investment.
I would be happy to back up this statment with some examples I have witnessed on the show, but hopefully everyone can see this for what it is.
I mean come on now, more people vote for the American Idol contestents than vote for the person who should be president of the United States! Please tell me that this forum does not represent the same mentality!

I emailed Trademark Properties about the show coming back. They said they are filming new episodes right now. Although they did not say when they would start.

Dude! Lighten up! This show is strictly for entertainment. What on earth does American Idol and the Presidential elections have to do with 'The Real Estate Pros'? Nothing! This forum is just to talk about the show, not politics.

Oh, by the way Greysala, thanks for the info.

I understand that the show is strictly entertainment. I was simply campaining to inform the people who do not see this show as entertainment, will you join me? Look at some of the post on this site. Some are praising this show and wanting to get into the business and do things the same way they see this Richard and Ginger doing it. My position is what you see on the show is not the way to do it. Have you seen a show where everything has gone basically good? I am in the construction business and have some clients who want to flip houses armed with the info they see on these shows.

By the way, these same clients I speak of, vote on American Idol, watch Dr. Phil, watch Opra and cry, and yes, probably vote.

jhall1234... You may be shocked to know this, but there isn't much "fluff" in this show. I grew up and went to school with a lot of Team Trademark. Richard has been well known in Charleston for many years as has many of his employees. His contacts, from contractors to politicians is strong and allows him to "get things done". Now, has he burned some bridges and had hard times? YES, as we all do. Believe it or not....Trademark is "The Real Deal".

I understand what you say.
What I am hearing from others is that the show is "entertainment", if this is the case then I can follow why they have so much problems and mismanagment on the show.
If it is the real deal as you say, then why all the problems with the contractors? And why is it that Ginger with all her "experience" cannot take charge of these projects? Every job I have seen her manage has been a disaster. I have called her out on previous posts but get no response. Instead I get name calling. If you would like to respond to specific questions I have about what I have witnessed on the show I would be happy to lay them out and we can engage in a respectful debate.
I just don't understand, if it was my show, I would have no problem backing up everything I do.
I witnessed Richard completing a drywall repair by smearing mud into the crack with his finger. No fiberglass mesh tape, no paper tape, no tools for the job. This show has to be entertainment. But the sad part is some people or as I call them 'Sheeple' are taking notes on how they see these projects being completed and believing that it is the correct way to do things.

Once again, Sorry to spoil a good story with the FACTS.
Come on Trademark supporters! Where are you? Come jump in with me... the waters warm!
Enter a legit. discussion on what we see on the show, or at least quietly admit to yourself you know the show is a joke and/or entertainment only.
It is so sad that sheeple watch this show and and really take it at face value.
Oh, and by the way, loyal students and followers of Trademark. Please come to Seattle to do your home purchases, I have my buddy who is the perfect real estate agent for you, he will be happy to sell you one of his many listings so that you can make money too!! Just like Trademark!!

Not sure it matters, I'll keep watching.

It does not matter, as long as you watch it for entertainment. Do not invest any of your money based on what you see on the show.

Yes, stay within the boundaries of your intellectual capabilities, and be guided by shows you watch on the television set in your home.

Correct. You should not respond to me or any other persons post, if you have nothing to contribute.
This forum is a discussion about the real estate pros tv show, not about a members attitude.
I submitted a fair and honest question about how this Richard guy was improperly completing a drywall repair. In the construction business, the way to complete things is whats known as "industry standards". You don't just slap things together and quickly cover it up so you can hide the inferior workmanship.
They are then selling these homes to hardworking familys, brother/sisters, grandparents, Young married couples wanting to start a family. Within a year I can Clearly Promise you that much of this inferior work will be falling apart, and guess who will be footing the bill? Not this Richard guy, he's busy counting his money.
So is it possible to focus on subject matter pertaining to the show with at least some inherent meaning presented? Or should we post about Ellen Degeneris's hairdressers dog?
It this what its come to?

Purple One, I like you, but your busted.
I was just surfing this site and saw one of your posts in which you state that you were thinking Ginger "needed a new hair style". You went on to say that you "wanted to give her a mini make-over."
Please do not respond to my posts anymore.

In answer to the original question as to whether the show is coming back.. they haven't been filming (no crews to be seen anywhere close to their offices on folly road) since way before the last "new" episode aired on tlc.. i think that maybe this show is officially dead.. Rest In Peace

(my guess is that tlc was a little peeved that the whole season was an infomercial for trademark)

Oh looky: Click on a poster's name, like the Jhall one ABOVE and a menu pops with an IGNORE POSTER option. Sweet!

Now we don't even have to see your posts anymore.

How PERFECT!!!
