Are they installed in Richard's and Ginger's car? Do they know how to use them? Are they not required in South Carolina? Honestly, I haven't seen either one wearing a seatbelt while driving.

Not everyone likes to wear seatbelts. Noone in my family does. I know someone who was severely injured because of the seltbelt she was wearing. All of her injures were seatbelt related. She and I are built just alike, so I never put them on anymore. Motorcyclists aren't always required to wear helmets. In my state, if your in a pickup truck, you don't have to wear one. They are usually found on buses. I feel many states are using its use as a form of income and as a way to pull people over. If they don't want to wear one, they should not be criticized for it. Don't you do anything that others would concider to be "wrong" or even "unsafe"?

I was in a serious car accident a couple of years ago. Most of my injuries were also seatbelt related. Seatbelt injuries are better than being dead. I'll take a seatbelt injury any day!
