I had my house on the market from Sept '08 to Dec '08 and had about 35 people/couples through it, but only ever recieved 1 offer and that fell through... I have relisted my house about 3 weeks ago and have already had 7 different people through it, but again, no offers. My wife and I completely updated our kitchen with brand new cabinents, flooring, appliances about a year ago... We have a finished basement, a large backyard.... we just haven't had anyone make any offers... All the feedback we've recieved from people say the price is fair, but we don't know what we're doing wrong.. How can we finally sell our house and still make a profit!!??
