I wonder if they factored Dan's truck repair into the budget on the last episode. Man his truck got JACKED UP. haha. If that was my truck, I would of had to had the tranny and some dents in the side fixed. Dents? From my foot.

It was my understanding that instead of just buying the house for 30k and selling it off, they instead put in 15,000.
After selling, Mr. Cannon got back his 30k first, then Trademark got their 15,000 and they split the difference.
Since the house sold for 101,400 rather than the projected price of 79,000, Mr.Cannon ended up with more dough for them having invested and helping him out.

dg is right he made more than he would if he would have tried to sell it himself. It would have cost him alot to fix it up and how long would it take for him to sell it in a nursing home he would have been taken by a agent.
