I just found out that they are back and I am so excited. I quit watching the other show when they weren't there anymore.

I love Richard. Is he married? haha He really cracks me up, love his personality, and he has such a strong business sense and such a kind heart and so down to earth, true southern boy.

My Tivo will be working harder.

I am a nurse but real estate is something that has always interested me...just never pursued it. I live vicariously through them.
