I acted very stupidly...I trusted a friend and let him help me buy a house-now, he stole quite a bit of money from me and im stuck with a house in not so good, but not so bad condition. I am praying someone will have pity on me and just take the property off of my hands or help me get rid of it. I am young, a recent college grad, and a new mother- I definately bit off more than I can chew with this. Please help ! Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

You may have to swallow your pride and take a quick hit financially. Every house in the world will sell at some price (maybe not what you had hoped for). If you don't have the finacial wherwithal then take a loss and get out sooner than later.Every day you own it it's costing you more money. Good Luck!

If you got the house together did both partys sign legal paper work? If so take them to court. If they were your friend they never would have done this to you so don't feel bad.You have you and your child to take care of.

while your waiting for the legal process to take its course , you will drown! If you are legally able , sell the property NOW! At least market the property now and get the "assholes" signiture later. the sooner you act the less you will loose.

Instead of being a victim, paint it, fix it the best you can, plan a open house and sell it. Come on, haven't we learned anything?
