I was looking at the new photo that is posted of the trademark team on the TLC website. The picture show Richard standing on a ladder and Ginger is to his left. It looks like her stomach is pouching out like she is pregnant. I guess it is possible since they are now married.
Thank you rachel. What ever Ginger and Richard (if they are married) decide to do is their private life. They choose not to exploite their relationship for obvious reasons. (Look at Jon and Kate, sorry I couldn't resist since this is TLC) The Real Estate Pros is about real estate not relationships. BTW I have been watching since they were on A&E, and the beginning of TLC and that picture was taken a long time ago.
Sorry, but when Richard and Ginger (and the other employees' who appear on the show) agreed to put themselves on camera, they left themselves and their actions open for public speculation. Anybody who has watched the shows, read the boards, or lives/works in Charleston knew what they were up to. If they didn't want to risk being "exploited" than maybe they should pull the show off the air.
Yes, Ginger is VERY pregnant, and due any day now. They were married (quickly) in April of this year...you do the math.
I understand most folks on this board are fans of the show, but the "real" RCD is very different than what you see on the show. Locally, his reputation, both personally and professionally, are not the best. Do a search on the clerk of court site for Charleston County if you don't believe me. There are several suits, many of which deal with Trademark's treatment of customers and employees, including the suit over the Folly Beach dock with no permit from season 1 of FTH.
What are we searching for? Richard C Davis, Trademark Properties? I couldn't find anything. However I have yet to meet a real estate company without unhappy customers, you cannot please everyone. Are you talking about the episode where there was already a dock in place?
If you go to the Charleston County clerk's online case search and search by party for "trademark properties" you will find several, including the Stark case about the dock, which RCD/TMP built without a permit, then sold to the home buyer representing the dock had been permitted, etc. There are also several judgments, including some default judgments and one from a jury verdict against TMP by a former employee over a TMP bonus plan. These are not just "disgruntled customers".
Is it possible that he has put his foot in his mouth and made some mistakes that have cost him some money?
Or should we stop watching and demand that TLC take the show off the air... well as soon as they have taken off American Chopper and Jon and Kate Plus 8.
We only watch a couple reality type shows... this one and Deadliest Catch and the drama associated with them is hysterical.
What is your connection with Trademark? Where have they done you wrong?
By the way if you look up the company I work for you will find thousands of lawsuits against us from all over the world.
All due respect, he does more than put his foot in his mouth in real life. I have no direct connection with TMP, but am a local professional with knowledge of what goes on in the real, off-camera world. You are certainly free to watch and be entertained by anything you want. Like most of these "reality" stars, the impressions of those who deal with them locally are often quite different. Enjoy the show for what it is, but don't believe everything you see, or don't see, as the case may be.
I came to the forum to discuss the show and its "characters". Sorry if you feel the truth is stirring up dirt, but I haven't said anything that's inaccurate here.
As for your second point, yeah, I do. As George Carlin said: Think about how dumb the average person is, and half of the people are dumber than that.
"As for your second point, yeah, I do. As George Carlin said: Think about how dumb the average person is, and half of the people are dumber than that."
If I am not mistaken George Carlin is a comedian and a satirist, he tells jokes.
Disagree with you 100%. I have way more faith in people than you do. But you have a right to your opinion as bleak as it may be... wow.
Well I need to run, I'm dumber than the average person and need to look directly at the sun for a while.
I agree with ioppro. I would venture to guess that anyone who went to the Area Partners "Pep Rally" 2 years ago would also agree. Lots of promises were made and no action (or communication for that matter).
Snake oil is snake oil, no matter who is selling it.
I definetly think Ginger is pregnant. On all the new episodes she constintly wears a jacket to cover up her stomach. They did show one or two shots of her on the last episode without a jacket and she definitly has a pregnancy pooch.

Sorry completely disagree with you as well, loppro went off on a tangent with negative information that was unrelated to the post. It's a television show for the rest of the country. You got a beef with them locally then have at it with them in person, You been ripped of by them take them to court.
I need to get back to staring directly into the sun, I'm just not as smart as the two of you.
mbrown2626: I happened to go to the Area Partner speech two years ago. What did he promise you? As I recall there were no direct promises made. He was simply enticing interest in Trademark and establishing a base for him to expand his company (very brilliantly might I add) he brought over 2,000 people to Charleston at $45 each. Are you smart enought to bring in over 90,000 in one day?
ioppro: I have no personal connection with Richard but I have met him numerous times and he is who he is. Yeah I am sure there are things that happen in his life and business that are not on tv, but that is reality. The show is not about his life. It is a show about a phenomon that he should have all the credit for creating..."flipping houses". His show on A&E was the first ever that captured flipping houses on tv, and after his show aired and ratings grew, other networks tried to copy. (Nothing will ever beat Flip this House and The Real Estate Pros!!)
macfamily: I like you....maybe I should go stare at the sun too....
