I am wondering why TLC doesn't have a show that celebrates the variety of parenting styles and/or choices that we make to raise children? I'm not doubting that this show will help some mothers who feel that by staying home, they have lost some of themselves, but is that the only point to make?

That would be a great idea for a show. But you know, I think it's kinda cool what they are doing with this show. I've watched a few shows about SAHM, and the struggles that we all have while doing our jobs. I think that this one is a nice twist to it. To give something to a woman who has, like many of us, dropped everything for her family. I think that there are times that many moms, SAHM and WOHM, feel like they loose themselves. To take an oppurtunity, such as this show, to give that lost feeling back to her, no matter who it is, is GREAT!!!
