I think that this show is sending a strong message to women everywhere. Maybe it's not the message that the producers thought or hoped would be heard, but it is the one that seems to be predominate. That message is that when given the choice, family comes first.

More women in this country every year are making the choice to stay at home and put their families first and it is reflected in the results of this show. These women signed up thinking that it would be fun to experience their dream career for just a few days, but they most likely had no intention of making that a permanent gig. Moms everywhere have realized that you only get one chance to see your children grow up, and they aren't going to miss it, not even for their dream job. Those jobs will always be there, but the children will not. For all the time, energy and effort that a woman invests into a career, the investment with the greatest returns remains in being there 100 % for the family.

Out of 5 episodes, 4 moms have turned down their dream job for the job of a lifetime... motherhood.
