What is wrong with you ignorant people? Why do most of you SAHM automatically think that a working mother HAS to put her children in daycare? do any of you consider that the TWO parents can work a PARENTING SHIFT? ONE parent should stay home in the morning and ONE at night. Children need BOTH parents. Also a working woman enstills a feeling of pride in us children for our mothers not being another woman who is afraid of the real world. Women who stay at home can also work at home. Why are you women constantly fighting each other? What does someone elses life have to do with your own? You are constanly arguing about "abandoned children" Who are being taken care of!
Why don't you focus you energy on the children who are getting abused, raped, and killed. OR who are homeless and need medicine. There are REAL suffering children, in the united States in AFrica, In China, In Bangledash as well as other countries. Why arn't you helpin them? Instead of hiding behind your computer all day, make an actual diffrence, instead of trying to make other people who are doing their best with their life miserable like you.
I think it would be great if the parents worked different shifts so there could always be a parent home. However, that is not the typical case. Most kids of dual working parents are put in daycare. It is my opinion that kids who are in daycare from 7:30 am to at least 5:30 p.m. cannot possibly get the attention they need from their parents. Then it's rush home, get dinner and then time for bed. That's where I'm coming from. It's not ideal for kids. I think we, in this society, don't put enough focus on our children and it's apparent in society, i.e. look at all the school shootings. There are real problems in our society that I believe can be traced to the majority of women entering the workforce. We have become a very materialistic society and that's also part of the problem. I think there is a trend to more women staying at home and that's good. I don't think you can compare this issue with starving children in Africa, kind of like comparing apples to oranges.
