My boyfriend thinks that tattoos on a girls arm are trashy. I on the other hand think they're sexy (depending on the design). I'm afraid that when I get an arm piece my BF is not going to find me attractive anymore.I forsee a lot of work planned for the future.
Your question is a yes or no answer...but I think it needs a little explanation. And since I tend to run my mouth at length......
My guess is this. If he thinks that tats on a babes arms are trashy and you don't..there are probably a lot of other things you're not going to see eye to eye on. If you've already, in your minds eye, planned a lot of tats for your arms....AND you know he's against it; aren't you kind of giving him the boot already anyway?
So..my answer is yes but I don't think it's going to be just on the tats issue; I think there's a lot more running under the hood than that.
I think it's a little more complicated than that though. We've been together for three years and we are pretty much the same person. We can totally be ourselves around eachother right down to the flatulents (lol) . We fit in so many ways and he's such a big part of my family now. I don't know. It goes deeper than the tattoos. I think I'm just trying to find a reason to move on and i'm probably going about it the wrong way. As for any ones who reads this poll, I guess it should be disregarded considering that there is a lot more issues going on here than just tats.
i have a tattoo on my arm and i love it i wouldnt care what anyone esle thinks. its your body and your life you can get what you want boys come and go but your life doesnt
I think a woman with thin arms should not have heavy ink on it. A more open and delicate design IMHO is prettier. I think heavy ink on a skinny arm looks stupid. If I had to choose between my relationship and tattoo...I would choose the relationship (I have a real one of 7yrs.) Believe it or not there are more important things in this world than a tattoo.
The plain and simple is that you should not let anyone talk you into or out of doing something that you want. After all, it is your body and (so I believe) you only get one. You should love it and be proud of it.
Just take your time deciding what you want and find an amazing artist to help you get the tattoo.
ruby! how dare you!! more important than a tattoo? just messing with you.. fortunately i have both.. a great marriage and a hot wife with very sexy hot ink!a great relationship can withstand any differences of opinions.
