Hi i'm 19 and have been looking for the right tat for the last two years. I know what i want, but can't seem to be able to find a look alike. I also can't draw my self out of a paper bag, except you know stick figures. I can make a KILLER stick figure.. Any way if anyone on this site or "the guys" could help I would appreciate it. I want a rose vine going around my ankle like an anklet, vines going down your foot a touch some trying to go up some, black and white, except for some deep red roses, some bloomed some opening one losing her petals and it falls down my foot. a few buds. so far this is what i'm thinking, i'm open to any ideas that may look better. oh, and i know feet tats hurt but how much, like omg this is killin me, or ow but bearabul. Sorry for such a lrge message, but i am at a standstill. I'm in the 23666 area (Hampton, Va) so if you know good shops around, it would be appreciated. thanks

Here is my recommendation for you.

You do not need to have a drawing ready for the artist. Find your artist and tell them your idea, just like you explained here and they can draw it up for you. If they cannot, find a better artist. The artist will show you the best options. As far as the pain of foot tattoos goes, it is pretty bad, but anything is bearable for a while. I found that my foot and chest hurt the most of any tattoos I have. ( I have a lot) So in the end, it is very painful, but worth it. Also, pain is different for everyone, what is bad to me is not to another.
