going to have a big piece done ....i have sat for 4 hour once.....it felt like raw meat .....this time a 1/4 sleeve chest arond the nipple and some on the back .....should i take anything ?

Taking some meds might thin your blood and make the inking session worse.

Topical stuff is just crap for a long session as it needs to be re-applied many times.
