I have one tat on my calf that didn't hurt and one on my butt that hurt . I am thinking of getting one on my lower back, but I am not sure. If anyone has already done a butt tat and a lower back tat can you please say if it hurts more or less. I know everyone is different, but an idea is better than none. My first tat was 14 yrs ago with good friends in the Army and my second was 5 years ago with my husband. We are looking to get another done together, but I really want it to be a better experience. I love tatoos and am looking for more than just one...I think I am addicted. Hope someone can help.

If you're letting pain be a deciding factor, then I'd have to say you are not ready for the tattoo.

Get it where you want it, if it hurts, just deal with it. It won't last forever (the pain that is).

You are right. I should just get it where I want it. I just had such a great experience with my first tat. Thanks.

SmileI started with 1 a year and 1/2 ago now working on number 12! Eek.They all hurt, I found the top of the foot and the back of the arms to be the worst, but the next pc is going over the bend of the elbow and my artists told me it won't be fun, but bottom line...you'll live! he he!
