I heard and also found that japanees tattoos are best than other tattoos. But is there any other tattoos that is best or good like japanees.

That is an odd question, there is no best. What may be best to me may not be best to you. The best is the one you like most. Get the one that pleases you most. You are the one that will be the person that gets stuck wearning something you don't like just because someone tells it they think it is best.
