Can anyone out there recommend an aritist in the Boston area that has experience covering up large tatoos? I have tribal arm band - it was poorly done about 10 years ago and I'd like to get a half sleeve (elbow up) done over it. I haven't been in the area long enough to really know who's respected etc... Any insight would be great. Thanks!!
