Hi I got 2 tatoos about 8 or 9 years ago back in Peru, but about 4 or 5 years ago I got into a car accident in Miami, and when i got a MRI test it burn my skin around the area where I have my tats, the doctor told me that probably the ink they used had iron on it, well the Dr told me that if I get a MRI test againg I can suffer 3rd degree burn, i needed another MRI and I tried again, and again the areas where I got my tatoos burned as soon as I got inside the machine, my tattos are almost completly faded, spcially the one around my left arm, the other one around my right ankle has faded a lot, i want to redo my tatoos but i am not sure if it is safe for me or if I get new tatoos may get messed up because of the old ink.
It's really embarasing sometimes for me to wear tanktops or sleeveless shirts cause I always get the same questions, "Are they henna tattos???????? Are you ereasing them??????
hey i was wondering if you could help me...i got a tattoo of a bear and i says "only the" on the top and "strong survive" on the bottom. i got in when i was in chicago when i was on vacation and now im in miami. i just recently realized that the word "strong is spelled wrong...i was wonderinug if u knew anything i could get done to correct it or cover it up please write back
What do you want to do? Get rid of them OR redo them?
If you want to redo them get an artist that uses ink with vegetable based dyes...that's what my artist uses and the brand name is Eternity Ink. The only color you can't get that way is black and that should just be carbon based.
However until the tattoo is removed completely you might have more MRI troubles.
3 years ago, I received what I was oping tobe a cool tat of a gothic black widow spider on my back shoulder. The guy that did it I won't even call an "artist" because he even mentioned that he didn't like to do gothic art, even though he was certified in that area. He buzzed my shoulder and it hurt like hell for 5 months, and now the color that was done has seriously faded. Whats the chance of ever getting it done right? can it be done? Also don't want to get "buzzed" again.
