Anyone know of any quality tattoo artists in Missouri? I really want to get a tat but i obviously dont have the cash necessary to come to miami. Let alone pay for the tattoo once i got there. So if anyone can point out an exceptional artist or two, in missouri that wont charge me out the wazoo i would appreciate it.
