I didn't get my first tattoo till I was around 45. I had never even thought about one. I had allways told my wife that I would get one when she got one. Well one day she did so I had too.
I have been playing in a German Ompah band ( The Sauerkraut Band ) for 14 years so I decided to get a self portrait. I have allways liked the cartoon character Taz. So I designed a Taz wearing lederhosen holding a trumpet and a beer. I liked it soo much that the next year I got 3 more. I then spent the next year creating a design to go with my taz. An entire looney tunes german band. Where ever I go now I am stopped by people asking about it and admireing the art work. The work was done by an amazing artist named Eddie Yeary ( www.planeteddie.info ) at Cherry Bomb Tatto in Vinton Va. I will post this humerous tattoo in the photo area
