I was going to ask you that question ,it has been years since i have had work done ,simply i am paranoid about getting another one. I was 23 when i last had one done and it was by some guy that did it outta a refurbished bus around where the built the new war museum . I heard Planet Ink is good and Living Color . Oh the last tattoo is a good one, the other 5 well i would like to get cover up if they are good . So if you have any good advise i would love to hear it . I have my picture ready ,i'm ready ,its time.. my lower back is in need ,and this tattoo i really want ,i have been hangin on to the picture since 2001.LOL

Stay away from Planet ink. I have personally been there and regretfully had a tattoo done.

I went in with my design and colour specifications etc.. After the stencil was placed everything looked okay. However the artist tattood the outline too thick which altered the whole design greatly. He coloured the shading the way he wanted. Not the way I asked!!

Since then I have gone to "In Living Colour". That's both proffessional, hygenic and filled with talent! It has taken me three re-inking sessions to alter it. My artist "Sara" is extremely talented with art university also. Stay away from the other place they also raise the price to pocket some cash!

In Living Colour is where i got my belly button pierced and they were great . So i will definetely check them out when i go get my lower back done. Is it fairly easy to get an appointment? Thanks for the info ,i don't want to regret anymore work . By they way which end of the city do you live in ? I'm in the east not as far as Orleans ..
