I seem to be the only one shoutin out from Denver, Colorado....saw someone from the Springs, but if anyone else in Denver reads this, I need a new tat artist!!! The last one I had did not listen to what I wanted, made it his own design, and charges me way too much for it! I like his color work, but his lack of schedule planning is something to be desired.

I'm originally from upstate New York - grew up in Buffalo, but lived in and around Jamestown most of my adult life; well until I was about 29 anyway. Since then, I lived in Tampa for a year, where I drove truck for a now defunct wholesale building products company - Krauss Home Products - in Ybor City. Have lived here in southern Illinois now since 1980. So, at heart, I'm still a New Yorker, but it's not that bad around here. Get my work done at Golgotha Tattoo in Carbondale, all, so far, by Darren King.

I no longer live in Denver, but I will always call it home. Stuck in BFE now (Bloomington, IL). Anyways, I know the head guy at Phantom 8 is amazing, and also Mr Scary at That Scary Place is very good as well. Twisted Sol seems ok too but never seen specific artist work from there. Hope that helps.

Aw come on!! I can't be the only one from Northern New Jersey!! Born and bred in Rutherford NJ now living in Hackensack. Had my first and only tat to date at a place in Ledgewood called The Tattoo Factory (as in the Tattoo Factory 1 2 and 3 NOT the one on 46) and I love the work he did, but would love an artist closer to home... Anyone got any suggestions?
