(black version, ofcourse) tattoo on the small of my back and Yes, this will be my first tattoo. Any help. Please!!!

Are you saying that you can't find an artist that says he/she can do you with any degree of confidence or are you assuming that's going to be the case. Any decent artist can work with dark skin (as long as you're not bordering on being blue). They use tribal black, grays, whites as shading and highlights. It shouldn't be a problem for any decent artist.
