I can't belive this we have men and women out there who are acrificing there lives for us and there is only one discussion here of support!? That sickens me and just shows hom much people don't care. I'm sure that there is many people out there who support our troops but are too lazy to say it.I thank the ONE person who put a discussion. The 47 people who viewed were too heartless to put up a little support. I can't even begin to tell those who have and are defending this country how much I'm grateful. I hope to join the Marines after high school. Thank you all of you serving and have served this great country

Do be discouraged because you don't see alot of people telling you what they are doing to support our troops in the field. Alot of times its a personel thing they do and its not something you just go bragging about. To me its not a braggin thing. I support the troops because it comes from my heart an its not up to me to make a big deal of it. The troops in the bush is the main picture here.
I will tell you what me and a bunch of other guys did for a year and some may still be doing it,
I'm an old 60 year old gamer (online COD2 and Cod4) We have a clan Called Rifles and Dogtags. RAD for short. You can visit our site at www.riflesanddogtags.com.
We had a new guy that joined our gamers clan and was in it for a short while when he was sent to Irag. Our clan all got together and started sending care packages to him and he would let the rest of his outfit in on everything we send. They would tell us what they needed and we sent it. They recieved at least on box a week of things such as books, cigars, candy, etc even letters from kids in schools. One time they need video camera for the computors so they could see their families when they commucaited by internet. I believe within a few weeks we sent out 4 or 5 cameras.
People do/are supporting our troops in many different ways. Whether it is in prayer, communicating with them or what. I truely believe that more people support them than the media lets on.
You seem to have a good heart also for this country, cjfogler13 and I believe you'l make a good marine.
I had to respond to your message just to let you know that people do support our troops.
its just not something you kinda brag about.
