In a few episodes, Curtis makes ice cream recipes which he then plops into ice cream makers... Do you guys know which household ice cream maker is best? Or is the important thing to have a great recipe no matter the hardware?
Curtis normally goes w/ the Cuisinart one, because it doesn't have to sit overnight. I guess it depends on if you can wait over night for the ice cream to set, or not.
He uses the $200 Cuisinart model and I have their $60 model. It works well, but is noisy. The cheaper one only make a quart and after you buy all the cream and good quality vanilla its not that cheap to make.
