Looks like it is castiron, and I have seen him use these on the newer shows where someone has written him and such, but the cookware he is using, seems to be at each house on the new ones are just so nice and I gotta get this set somehow!! Anyone know where or anything about this cast iron set he is using on the newer shows??

The pans are Le Creuset from France. I've had some for fifty years ( a wedding gift) They are VERY heavy BUT transfer heat evenly. I have added through the years.
