hi curtis. i am so afraid of knives. i cannot count the number of times i have had to nurse slices and watch nails grow back slowly. that's how bad it it. i have two and i am quite happy although i know they may not be up to your standards. have you ever heard of a dutch pot? not a dutch oven now. it's a heavy aluminium pot that is the mainstay of every household in jamaica. if you don't have a dutchie, yuh nah say nutten (you have no say). even jamaicans overseas have them brought up for them. it's a multipurpose pot you can use it to do anything in the kitchen. i am sure if you came to the caribbean you would be fascinated by the plethora of cooking utensils that we have here, as well as our recipes and methods. by the way any suggestions gor handling knives?
