Hello. I'm a new cook, yes, ashamed I never listened to mom to join her in the kitchen to learn to cook. Well, I've decided I'd specialize in ASIAN cuisine, my hubby's FAV food. As you know, they use HIGH heat and WOKS. I've tried 2 woks, claim to be non-stick but when introduced to high heat cooking, food sticks to bottom and burns and does not come off, even with recommended burned food-removal suggestions from manuf. manual. So, I live in a sall town called Morristown in the state of TN...nothing but local markets like food city and ingles and Wal-Mart nearby. Therefore my question, can Curtis or anyone else help me find "the ultimate" WOK, nonstick and BIG, and maybe not TOOO pricey. Also, any other tools I need, any other tips I need for my specializing in ASIAn cooking. Thanks everyone!!
