In real life who is blossom? I looked in the book but I did not see her name at all!!!!!!!

Blossom's KMP name was Sundance.

It does say it in the book that she passed as a pup, but I thought she was atleast a juveniele when she passed if not an adult?

Blossom was definitely a pup when she died. I can never forget that episode......... the imagine of her tiny body in the grasp of the goshawk was heartbreaking

Hi squirrelly! Wasn't Blossom the little pup that was kind of adventurous? I seem to remember her being independent. When she was caught by the hawk, I felt so bad, I felt her personality was so sweet. I hope I have it right.

Good evening Philmeerkat! As far as I know, there was just the litte pup, but I do not want to mislead you. I seem to remember that when the pups came out, she had no hesitation and seemed to be a bit of an explorer, I may be wrong on that!?!? Perhaps someone will clear this up.

Yes, darling little Blossom was quite adventurous. Her loss was heartbreaking. They all are, but IMO she was special. RIP, sweetie...

I, too, remember that and I also remember what spirit she had as well. She was an absolute tiny beauty and I always felt the name Blossom suited her as I know she would have blossomed into a wonderful dominant in another group. I remember the kats sitting around moping and my heart was right with them - moping.

In the episode, little Blossom went exploring in the tall grass while everyone was taking a break from foraging. She got seperated from the rest of the family, and was killed by the goshawk before the Whiskers could find her again. They said she was a 4 week old pup at the time.
