Yes, that's correct. Jim Bob and Flower's mother Holly do not have the same father though.

Stinker is also a son of Morgause, making him Jim Bob/Hannibal's brother and Flower's uncle.

Ok, I have never heard of Stinker before until about a couple weeks ago, who is he? Did Hannibal and Nikita kill him? I just know he was a famous rover of females, but that's it.

Stinker was shown on Meerkat Manor seducing Mozart, they changed his name to "Sondheim."
Stinker Young Ones became DM of 3 different Mobs. He was the long time DM of the Vivians until Vivian's death. Then he was DM of the Gattaca mob until his son Izit deposed him. He also became DM of the Balrogs for 5 days. He disappeared in 2005, his fate unknown. He lived to be 9 years old. Zaphod is closing in on his record as the oldest male.

I'm not sure who Mozart Kinkajou Lover was refering to about killing their own family, maybe just refering to all their conflicts with the Whiskers, but no they didn't kill Stinker.

Yes, Phoenix is Zaphod and Youssarian's father. Jim Bob/Hannibal's father is unknown.

By Nikita and Hannibal killing their family, this is referring to the end of Season 2 when the "Commandoes" supposedly killed Mozart's pups. These pups are still alive today, though.

dont forget that mob footage of whiskers and commandoes is real but rhian and jimbob are vivian and if you look at the fight scenes, they are not there.. even when lazuli burrow was raided theres a meerkat wearing a radio collar and it aint hannibal..reading tcb's book, in the 'chronology of flowers life' it mentions flower killing one of mozarts litters, i reckon this may have been what was on the end of season 2 as some events are in the wrong order to the book. It never documents a fight with the vivian group and jimbob isnt mentioned once. unless anyone knows different i dont believe flower and the whiskers ever faught the vivian as in the book it is not mentioned, and their territorys do not overlap either so they wouldnt have met. The nearest to whiskers and vivian meeting would be roving males surely?

The Vivian visited the Whiskers as rovers. Rhian/Nikita, and Jim Bob/Hannibal Vivian were filmed for close ups. In group scenes, the "Commandos", and the "Zappa" were normally the Young Ones, a group that occupied territory right next to the Whiskers. The Young Ones are considered last seen since the beginning of 2008. The real Commandos were shown on MM only this season. Close ups of certain Zappa meerkats were used: Lola, Punk, "Frank", "Houdini". Houdini was a compilation meerkat. He was portrayed by different meerkats.
