Pancakelover I can clearly remember in a few episodes back one of the youngsters trying to crack the egg shell but was too little to crack it open. I just can't remember who. Someone ate the egg successfully. Xaphod maybe. One of the adults.... Someone here remembers.

It must be Bubbles, but this is too weird. Back in the late '80s I took tap dancing; the album- Tiny Tim and yes there was Tiptoe etc, Rosie O'Grady When you wore a tulip & Tiny Bubbles in the wine or something...Maybe it is not the same as Don Ho , but at least he is tropical and fits the clue. Egg on the face. I remember the episodes, but it seems there were a couple of our rascals because I actually felt sorry for the turtles. hmmmmm

After last night's episodes I am holding my breath for Flower and her group and my dear little Pancake & her pups with Yousarrian.

It was great to see Pancake again. I thought for sure she was a goner after Uncle Youssy left her, then there she was with the Lazuli and Youssy's pups.

I think we all feel that way pancakeluver. It was all I could think about all day. I am so worried about poor pancake.

As far as the Meerkat with egg on their face, I'm gonna guess and say Xaphod. I'm probably wrong cause you said it was not meant literally, but when I think idiomaticly I just draw a complete blank, and he's the closest thing to flower I can think of.

Yes bless his little heart. The first time he tried to rob a bird's nest of eggs, Mama bird dive bombed him and off he went. His second egg adventure was right there in front of Mom, Dad and the whole Whisker's crew. No wonder he was so irritated & p-----off. Made me giggle...

Thank you for your kind words, but I can't take credit for the thread. It was ccatz who got us going on trying to guess who the meerkat is based on the accessory and then through everyone posting it took off. I'm glad to have been a part of it. It's been fun and thanks to everyone who posted and checked in to see how the party is going. it kind of felt like being in with a mob of meerkats.

Right now my head is still spinning from this weird dream I had last night which I will tell you all for no good reason just because it has to do with meerkats and in some loose way is connected to the subject of things fused together and because where else would I post it but here? Feel free to comment or not comment.

O.k in my dream last night I'm living back home still with my parents. I never had ferrets back then my parents wouldn't let me but I do in my dream. But they're not just ferrets their a new kind of hybrid animal called ferr-kats. I have like a million of them and they keep having babies (sounds familiar?)

They also have broken into two groups and start fighting with each other. It is a headache because someone has to stay with them and watch them night and day to make sure they don't fight.

So I put them in my brothers room. Soon he starts complaining because he hasn't slept in 3 days and he can't go to work. He's a car mechanic and has a old gto (goat) outside he's fixing up which the ferr-kats have gotten into. They got under the hood and into the engine and start doing things so it can't run!

Ok so we start fighting because of them. I take half the ferr-kats and put them in room and my brother keeps the other group and we try to keep them apart but the ones in his car are beyond our control. We both put 'keep out' signs on our door with skull and crossbones.

Just as things start to seem to be improving I hear my father starts yelling. 'They took down another goat! There's another dead goat in the yard and now I'm gonna have to call the police to investigate and why'd you ever bring them home! This is the last thing we need!'

I am in real trouble now because I hear on the radio that other goat farms losing goats all over the state and they're going extinct and soon all goat farms will go out of business and there won't be any place to buy replacement parts!

And now all the evicted females ferr-kats are forming a fourth group inside my doll house (house of pancakes) which my parents say cannot go on because it is becoming a sort of ferr-kat 'house of ill repute' and they don't want that kind of thing in their home.

More babies. I don't know what to do. They're so cute though! I wake myself up yelling 'I didn't know! If I knew I wouldn't have got them!'

Oh wait, one more question, Shakespear didnt write novels did he? Or just plays?
