I hope Sean checks into the AP website from time to time.

If he does, he already knows how we all feel about him. Even before we heard the news that he would no longer be the show's narrator, there were many comments about what a wonderful job he was doing.

Sean, if you are reading any of this, please know that you were always highly regarded by us, the fans of Meerkat Manor. In fact, to many of us, you are the voice of Meerkat Manor. You will be missed, and you have our best wishes always.

I think he fell victim to "change". MM wanted a female to narrate a show where females are the dominants of meerkat groups.

If Sean was good enough to narrate for Flower he should be good enough to continue with her off spring! =^..^=

Very nice point catskittens! Everything here is absolutely right. I hope Mr. Astin knows how we feel. I do not know enough about Ms. Channing to form an opinion of her merits, but I do feel bad for her stepping into this baptism by fire. If she can pull it off, it would be a great thing. Let's just hope MM can pull all of this off for everybody's sake, including the kats.

you could say that sean was the heart and soul of the show! He has been with us since the beginning!

I will miss the show without the narration from Sean. His delivery was always on key and emotional. I don't know how I will like it with another voice. I couldn't even watch the other shows, Lemurs and the Orangutans because I couldn't stand the narration! Sean is a great talent, always been a fan.

I too hope he knows how we feel. You've said it well.

Sean is THE narrator, and I find it hard to imagine MM without him.

This is devastating news! Sean is the voice of compassion, of humor, of knowledge, of everything for the Meerkats! We've had too many losses to recover from without AP doing this to us. AP, if you're listening, take him back!

You are the Voice, Heart and Soul of Meerkat Manor...the first time I heard you say "Meet Flower" I was hooked...I will re-watch and re-watch my Seasons 1-3 dvds until the end of my days...you will always remain the original and only narrator of Meerkat Manor...you will be remembered as the one who brought the Meerkats to life and gave them character and a voice.

Thank You for your dedication to our beloved Meerkats...I love the picture of you and your family holding Pam's Meerkats at Fellow Earthlings!! It is a wonderful thing to experience first hand...the scurrying and furry Meerkats!! (I'm going in a couple of weeks and am about bursting with joy and excitement!!)

This is so sad! You ARE the voice of MM. The first thing I remember is you saying, "Meet Flower" and I was absolutely hooked! Your narration was above excellence and there will never be another narrator like you. BRING SEAN BACK!!!!
