To keep my hamster in shape, I want to know how can I make an obstacle course. I try to get photos of an obstacle course but they gave me games instead.HELP PLEASE!!!!!

First, you can always buy a hamster wheel or a hamster ball and let him run that way. They also sell mazes for hamsters, though my one hamster always fell asleep in it.

I suggest getting a box that the hamster can't climb out of easily (or at all). Get a few pices of wood, cardboard, bird ladders, rope, etc. Anything you think would make it fun and easy for the hamster. Set everything up however you want and put a tailr of sunflower seeds through it till your hamster gets the idea and starts using it. Always put a small bowl of treats at the end to motivate the hamster.

you can enter him in the
HAMSTER BALL DERBY
this year at petco or buy a hamster track or buy a hamster leash to go for walks in your yard but it may not fit your hamster

I had three mice and Tink was the only one who used the hamster ball,she really loved it
