We've got a problem with fleas in our house pretty bad. Only thing is I don't know if theres anything I could put into the bedding to help kill the fleas that won't hurt the mice and gerbils. I breed mice to feed to my snake, so it also has to be safe for new born mice to live in. We've used sevens dust around the house, garden and for mites on the snakes with no problems with the cats or the dog. Any ideas? Also, I keep them in 10 gallon tanks, easier to keep clean.
