Dear Bear,

I have watched your show and I love it. You put a lot of information out there that could prove the difference between life and death for someone trapped in some of the locations that you have explored.

I have two questions.

1. You seem to take unneccesary risks like the glaciers and the ice cave. Do you have a gut feeling that you will be okay, or are you playing with death, or does that thought ever come into your mind. Is there anything that scares you because of the danger of it?

2. The second question is why are there no animals to deal with. I know that some places only support certain creatures that have adapted to the enviroment. But what about the jungle or Africa. Other than snakes, bugs, and other critters that you eat why is there no monkeys, birds, wild animals? It seems strange to me.

Thank you
Danny McRoberts
